We are a Non-Governmental Organization devoted to the Sustainable Development of rural communities within the Northern Region of Rwanda. We undertake capacity building by empowering people with skills in order to make positive changes in their local communities. We were established on 16th March, 2013 with granted legal personality no 76/08.11 .
